They laugh they ache they’re alive inside

A train that derailed on its wooden track
A teddy bear missing its stitched-up back
They remember the hands that held them tight
Now they sit alone in the pale moonlight

Do you hear the whispers
The silent plea
A world of stories trapped in memory
Once they were magic
Now they just wait
For a love to save them from this fate
